How many times have you tried to lose weight in an unsustainable way? It's human nature to seek out shortcuts and an easy way out and marketers and the supplement industry make a killing every year abusing our innate wish to achieve our dreams through some quick-fix or pop-a-pill solution. When it comes to sustainable weight loss there's no such thing and most times it leaves us in a worse condition than before.
Most of us(me included) have tried every diet under the sun in hope of some miracle solution and sooner or later always end up back where we started. To reference the pic of Einstein - trying short sighted diet solutions again and again in hope of achieving a different result than last time. So what is required to be able to consistently eat for good health and to achieve a body you can thrive in?
